AICarMix products are made on demand. Custom-generated designs are created specifically from the cars and options you choose, so change-of-mind returns are generally not available for those personalised products where the law permits that exception.
Custom-generated AICarMix products
If you create your own AICarMix design in the studio, the resulting T-shirt is produced specifically for your order using your generated artwork, selected garment color and size. Because it is made to your specifications and clearly personalised, the usual statutory cooling-off or change-of-mind withdrawal right may not apply.
Standard AICarMix designs
For products using a standard design from the AICarMix catalogue rather than artwork generated specifically for you, any mandatory consumer withdrawal rights that apply in your country remain unaffected. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the conditions and deadlines required by law will apply.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
This policy does not limit your legal rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from what you ordered. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order reference and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law.
Wrong size or change of mind
Please check the size guide before ordering. For custom-generated products, choosing the wrong size or simply changing your mind does not normally qualify for a return where the personalised-goods exception applies. For standard catalogue products, mandatory consumer rights remain as described above.
