We use personal data only where it is needed to provide AICarMix, complete orders, keep the service secure and support the features you choose to use.
What we use
If you create an account, we process the account information you provide and the designs you choose to save. If you place an order, we process the contact, shipping and order information needed to complete it. Car selections and generated designs are also processed when you use the creation studio.
Who helps us provide the service
We use specialist service providers for hosting and data storage, image generation, secure payment processing, and product production and fulfilment. These providers receive only the information needed to perform the relevant service.
Payments
Your card details are entered directly in the secure payment experience and are not stored by the AICarMix storefront. We receive the payment status and order information needed to confirm and fulfil your purchase.
Browser storage
Your Bag and, when you are not signed in, parts of your Garage can be stored locally in your browser so they remain available between visits. Signed-in Garage designs can also be saved to your account.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, including providing your account or order, resolving issues, preventing abuse and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
